Thought I had better get back to you while I have the time, to do so. I really do appreciate all the time and trouble you went to, for me on both cars. I am really very happy with this car and it goes rather well flat chat also, so far so good.

You were very patient and helpful and there aren't very many sales people like that anymore. I never felt hassled and you gave me plenty of time to think everything over.

I also felt comfortable with you to ask what ever questions I had and coming from me, it is not normal. I also appreciate you explaining the contract etc. I wasn't quite sure about.

Mel is a very nice, 'real' person who went out of his way to make sure we walked away happy with our purchase. I would confidently recommend Mel at Berwick Nissan to friends or family, knowing that he would take great care and offer every amount of help and information available.

The service you provided myself and my husband was fantastic right from the start when we initially lodged an enquiry via CarSales online right through 'till we picked up our Kia Grand Carnival.

Its very difficult to find a car sales person whom is honest and pleasant to deal with as you are. To be honest as much as we loved the car it was your personality that sold it, because we had seen other Carnivals that were just as good but it was the poor service and attitudes of the sales people that made us walk away.

I have worked in sales and customer service for more than 15 years and I know how great it is to have a team member/collegue who has your working ethic and attitude. I hope your boss and collegues appreciate the hard work you do to make Berwick Nissan a great place to buy a car.

Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Nissan Pulsar and whilst I liked the look and feel of the car, it was Paul Kok's friendly manner that was the deciding factor in my final decision to buy from Berwick Nissan.

I found Paul's relaxed and friendly demeanour, product knowledge and down-to-earth genuiness refreshing. Also, I liked the fact that Paul did not try to discredit other makes of cars but simply sold the merits of the Pulsar. Paul, strikes me as person of high integrity which indicates he would be a valuable asset to any company.

Finally, when I took possession of my new Pulsar, Paul clearly and patiently ran me through the various functions of the car as well as reassuring me, that should I have any concerns, to contact him immediately.

If I had to score Paul out of 10 - I would give him an eleven!

Things have been a bit hectic for us since we purchased our Nissan Dualis from you, I had intended to write much earlier to you.

On behalf of Marilyn and myself, I would like to thank you personally for the way you assisted us with our purchase.  You may recall that I mentioned I normally did not enjoy the process of buying a car. However in this case it was entirely a different matter your professionalism was outstanding, your easy going friendly manner and humour made you feel like an old friend, your knowledge of the vehicle and patience in explaining some of the more unique features of the vehicle and the very thorough test drive was excellent.

I particularly want to thank you for your after sale assistance, we both felt we took up far too much of your time when we picked up the vehicle with two of our grandsons in tow. But you shone through and did not let us leave the driveway until you were certain we were happy with everything.

I am writing about my experience at Berwick Nissan, with Ashley Bard.

After butting heads with a rude and arrogant salesman at (a dealership in Ferntree Gully) who told me I wasn’t ready to buy, I was wasting his time and refused to give me a firm price, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

So the next day I headed to Berwick Nissan with my father. Ashley had spoken with my father previously so we asked for her again.

Ashley had no hesitation in allowing us a test drive, and always made sure our coffees were full. We couldn’t have asked for better service, all our needs were met.

Ashley was always keeping the experience up beat and was enthusiastic. After rolling out of there with 2x 550 Navaras we both couldn’t be happier.

I would like to commend Ashley Bard at Berwick Nissan for her excellent service during my recent purchase of a 370Z Coupe.

Generally I find the car-buying process a hassle and more often than not unnecessarily confrontational. In fact, I experienced quite a hostile reception at another Nissan dealer when I made enquiries about a 370Z.

My partner and I made the trip to Berwick (from Ballarat) based on a phone enquiry, during which Ashley made a terrific first impression. I was encouraged by her friendly yet professional manner.

On our arrival at the dealership Ashley had arranged for the car to be test driven as I had requested and there were no complications at all on the day.

I appreciated her honesty and straightforward manner, which negated the need for unpleasant negotiating and she was at all times professional, yet friendly and very pleasant.

Based on my previous experiences, buying from Ashley was a refreshing change and, to me, she sets a benchmark for excellent service. In fact, I will have no hesitation in buying a new Dualis from her in November (my partner's car) and will confidently recommend her to friends and colleagues.

Prior to purchasing my 2012 Nissan Patrol I’d enquired about the same car at a number of other Nissan dealerships.

Even though Berwick Nissan wasn’t nearby to where I live Ashley’s phone demeanour and friendly nature as well as her ability to quickly organise a demonstration car for me to test drive made me go out of my way and make the trip to Berwick.

In the showroom and during the test drive Ashley highlighted all of the benefits and features of the car in a way that I was able to easily understand.

Also, being a four wheel drive there were a number of aftermarket accessories that I was interested in and Ashley was able to construct an overall package that had everything I wanted.

The after sales service provided by Ashley was fantastic and she went out of her way to ensure that I was a happy customer – even picking the car up after hours and dropping off a replacement car so that I wouldn’t be put out.

I’ve already recommended two of my friends to Ashley at Berwick Nissan and will continue to do so in the future and when it comes time to replace my current four wheel drive I’ll definitely be talking to Ashley first.

I am very excited about my new Navara and actually enjoyed the process of giving you my money!

All jokes aside, everybody at Berwick Nissan contributed in making me very welcome, and the process of selecting the car a lot of fun.

While waiting for the paperwork to be done, I wandered back out to the showroom and I told a couple of your staff how excited I was about my purchase, and they genuinely showed their pleasure in my pleasure – it was a good moment!

Needless to say the transaction was quick and seamless, and the professionalism in which the important matters were handled is a credit to you and your staff.

All of your staff looked after me extremely well, however General Sales Manager Nathan Witherow deserves special credit for his care and attention to detail, politeness and courtesy; while chatting away he told me that he really enjoys his job, and it shows.

And finally, a sincere thank you to you for making the whole thing possible, and the special effort you made to look after me so well, and for taking the time away from what must be a busy schedule – and making a great coffee! I look forward to seeing you when I come back to pick up my new car.

I recently purchased a Nissan Dualis from Berwick Nissan and I just wanted to say thank you to you Luca for the fabulous service that I received. You displayed a vast knowledge of the car and willingly answered any questions that I had.

Jason from finance also worked hard to ensure that I was able to secure the finance to suit my budget. Cheryl kept in constant contact with me to let me know exactly when my new car would be ready for pick up and I was extremely impressed by Luca who has kindly offered to install a front stone protector for me at his own cost at my 1000km service which is already booked in for this coming Friday.

I will definately recommend Berwick Nissan and, especially Luca to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new car.

I write to commend Berwick Nissan and its staff for the highly professional and personal customer service they have provided me in a number of ways over an extended period.

Ten years ago I purchased a new Nissan Patrol wagon from the company and this vehicle has been serviced and maintained regularly at Berwick Nissan. It has been a fantastic vehicle and has taken us on some magnificent trips to some of the most remote and spectacular parts of Australia. It has crossed the Simpson Desert three times, travelled down the Canning Stock Route, travelled the telegraph track to Cape York, crossed the country from Yulara to Kalgoolie and had many adventures in the Victorian high country.

It has towed a caravan or a horse float for much of the time, visited every capital city in Australia and has proved to be a very practical and reliable vehicle. Much of this is due to the diligence and expertise of the service department team at Berwick Nissan.

Particularly I wish to commend Stuart Whiston, Service Manager and Paul Syle, Service Consultant for their exceptional level of customer service. Their excellent knowledge and expertise and their very personal manner which they always demonstrate in relating to me as a customer has been greatly appreciated. The technicians who have worked on my vehicle over this time are also to be recognized and thanked.

Recently I traded my vehicle in on a new Nissan Patrol wagon. This was a most pleasurable experience and I look forward to enjoying many more journeys in a most comfortable and suitable vehicle. Paul Kok as sales consultant, Liam Marshall and Lisa Maine were wonderful to deal with, treating both my wife and myself with great respect and courtesy throughout the whole purchasing process.

A huge thank you to the staff and management of Berwick Nissan for the exceptional service recently provided for me in locating a new Nissan Dualis to replace my stolen Dualis. Normally a car replacement would be an easy process, but neither the insurance company nor any of the eight Nissan dealers I contacted could provide me with a replacement car until February 2012. This created considerable difficulties and tensions for me, given my work commitments.

However, in approaching Berwick Nissan as a last chance the staff were so incredibly obliging and sympathetic to my circumstances that they were miraculously able to locate car! To Nissan Berwick, and in particular Luca and Liam: how can I thank you enough? I know that no other dealership was prepared to go to the lengths that you did to help out in the horrible circumstances in which I found myself. It was the only positive and happy outcome to a significantly traumatic set of circumstances. My experience has been that you go beyond expectations to fulfil the needs of your clients and no one could ask for more. I highly recommend your services, and I thank you again.

WOW Berwick Nissan, what an experience. I have driven and owned different cars during my life but never a Nissan. When my husband suggested a Nissan Dualis I was very stand offish but to his credit and wisdom, I now am over the moon. The thought of dealing with any Cars Sales persons gives me shivers down the spine but to my amazement Berwick Nissan has changed my view that not all Cars Sales persons are out for themselves. As I was the purchaser and not my husband it was a great feeling to be shown and informed instead of him, which does not happen at a lot of car dealerships, the male is taken to be the purchaser and the female is just there.

It has been such a stress free transition, from test driving the Dualis to finance, extras requested, delivery and follow-up after delivery I am extremely happy with my HOT HOT Red Dualis. I would recommend anyone to purchase this vehicle. To have people turn their heads as you drive by knowing they are wishing they had my car is a dream.

I thank you for changing my life with a dream car and have no hesitation to pass the word “GO TO BERWICK NISSAN - THEY WILL LOOK AFTER YOU AS A PERSON NOT A NUMBER”.

My name is Emma and i recently purchased a car from the Berwick Nissan dealership i was just wanting to say that your sales team there were all very helpful and friendly.

Jesse was my sales person, and was also very knowledgeable and friendly. There was one sales person in particular though that I think should be given some credit for this sale, his name is Paul Kok he was the reason i brought from Berwick Nissan his customer service skills are excellent!!!!

This is my first brand new car I and was feeling very nervous about the purchase but Paul just made it so easy for me to buy from Berwick Nissan. His attitude was great and he really knew his product.

As i also work in retail I understand how important it is to provide your customers with good customer service, in this instance Paul's service was OUTSTANDING.

I believe it is very important to give credit where credit is due and in this case Paul ticked all the boxes.

I am extremely happy with my purchase and I look forward to picking up my new car.

I would like to take the time to let you of your employee's (Jesse) service throughout a recent sale at your dealership in Berwick. I came to your dealership to trade in 2 x Navara ST-R utes and to purchase 2 x Nissan Navara ST utes, I have to say that Jesse was very accomodating to my questions and queries. He clearly has an excellent knowledge of the vehicles and was willing to discuss all aspects of the cars, not just what he felt comfortable talking about.

I originally went to Frankston Nissan, as i live in Langwarrin, but i left almost instantly when i realised the salesperson there was not very confident or interested? I am very glad I drove to Berwick. Jesse's approach to the entire sale was nothing less professional, very knowledgeable and most important, very accommodating. I could not be happier with the entire deal and i am sure to recommend Jesse and your dealership to anyone who asks. I have had new cars for some time now and the latest deal was by far the smoothest so far. Jesse even called to ask how the cars were going and if there was any assistance we required with them. This type of after-sales contact is rare and very much appreciated.

I would greatly appreciate if you could please pass on my gratitude, appreciation and highest recommendation to Jesse as he worked extremely well. Once again, I will most certainly return to your dealership and will recommend your dealership on to all that ask.
